Private Country Home: Personalized Comfort

This energetic couple created a personalized vision of active comfort - a home filled with thousands of books including a stairway lined with shelves, a specially-designed tile room for their dogs, a spacious, sunken spa, a loft reading room and a computer-centric office with expansive views of the neighbor's farm fields. All this in a modest, (well under 2,000 square foot) home. The owners acted as their own general contractor, and note in their website with great relief that they finished construction almost exactly a year from coming to our office.
