High Performance Office Building
Madison, Wisconsin

This project is a speculative design for a small office building on a tight site. Large operable windows and a compact footprint provide daylighting and natural ventilation to five thousand square foot of open interior spaces. Summer heat is managed by architecturally integrated solar shades which also reflect light to the interior, reducing the need for heat-producing electrical lighting.
