Reservoir Cooperative Apartments
Madison, Wisconsin

This intergenerational cooperative apartment project for Madison Mutual Housing Association (MMHA) includes 26 units of new construction, and the adaptive reuse of an historic early 1900's city horse barn for two additional units and MMHA's offices. This project is designed to integrate smoothly with the character of the existing neighborhood consisting of two-flats, and incorporates unique barrier-free features and community-living amenities.
