Allen and Regent Street Condominiums

Designed for a group of self-help homeowners. Each of thirteen units is unique; the project as a whole respects the scale and character of the surrounding neighborhood. This was a pre-cohousing "community-built" project, with the families and contractor collaborating on the construction.
