This School/Fellowship Addition is designed to complement the original turn-of-the-century masonry church. The concrete blocks used for the original walls were made with local sand; we used modern blocks that were a close match, and designed the large addition shorter and with simpler detailing, to defer to the church. The new education wing addition includes 8 new classrooms, 2 offices and restrooms, new kitchen facilities and a large new fellowship hall. A new entry hall will connect the new wing with the sanctuary, and make all levels wheelchair accessible.
